I would love to say that the huge delay was because I took too long to solve div1 hard quickly (as it usually happens). But this time I had bigger issues, while I actually sort of understood all the problems in the match rather quickly (thanks to help from admins in div1 hard). My on-going recovery from health issues made me take much longer than I planned/expected. Sorry for that, but I am feeling better now.
I think the div1 1050 explanation is terrible. Maybe I will improve it.
It was a fun problem set.
